I can make Uploads, and basic editing...

I had my own ManiaLink before but i didn`t have time to maintain the ML, so I deleted it, but now I have time

I can add/change texts...

I have made some webpages in HTML, and just started with PHP now, thats why I want a base...

3. can i have 3 links leading to mods, home and PURE skins(not photoshopped) can the theme of the ML be black background with green glowing tribals and stuff like that, on the home can i have recent car and recent mod, could also please be in the price range of 1,500. i'm going on a spending spree
